3. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping for merchandise will be processed as per the address you provide during checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

Note: We do not ship grape varietals via the website. All grape-related inquiries will be handled through direct communication.

4. Returns & Refunds

For physical products like merchandise:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused and in original condition.

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Refunds will be processed once the item is received and inspected.

Grapes and vineyard bookings are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon.

6. Vineyard Visits & Consulting
